Commission Process:

1) After initiating contact it may take up to 1 week to receive a reply, after which we may discuss availability, terms, and expectations.2) When we have reached an agreement on the content and terms I may take up to 2 days to create a small bulleted outline with allotted word count goals to indicate a rough estimate of the amount of focus I will take on the various items and aspects of the work which we may then discuss and adjust to your preference within reason along with a full quote for the finished piece in total.3) After the outline is approved I will require either 50% of the total agreed cost up front and the other 50% upon completion of the project OR 100% of the cost may be paid upfront at your discretion.4) After payment is received I will commence with the full project giving updates at appropriate intervals through a google doc where you can check the rough work and be sure it is to your standard! (Please be aware this will be before editing which I tend to do when the rough draft is completed and approved.)5) Should there be any delay, I will notify you as soon as I am able and will keep you up to date on any further intrusion or progress concerning your piece.6) That's it! After the piece is fully completed I will expect the final 50% of the cost if it was not paid in full upfront. I may take the liberty of posting the work publicly for others to enjoy and for my own archive but I will also allow the work to remain private at your request and/or leave you (the commissioner) to remain anonymous.And so, you have your fic!!!Congratulations!!

Acknowledgements, Terms, and Agreements:

By contacting Charlotte Smoosh you agree that you are over the age of 18 years old and are therefore of legal age of consent in the U.S. and are willing to see mature content. You acknowledge that Charlotte Smoosh is not liable for your personal well-being and accept the terms listed on this page.
Charlotte Smoosh reserves the right to cancel any commission at any time without reason providing a minimum 60% refund of the total sum paid to her upon request should a transaction have been made. A total refund may also be allotted on a case-by-case basis depending on the amount of work completed before the refund was issued. Termination of Agreement of the Work from the Client will be accepted at any time and must be in written format and emailed to Charlotte Smoosh [[email protected]].
By commissioning Charlotte Smoosh you agree to release any potential original content you personally hold to Charlotte Smoosh strictly for the use of this project and that you will NOT take legal action against Charlotte Smoosh for any alleged infringements. You agree that upon completion of the agreed project Charlotte Smoosh does not have control of any original content used but has your explicit permission to share the finished piece within personal and public platforms at her discretion. You agree to indemnify Charlotte Smoosh against any and all claims and expenses, including but not limited to attorneys’ fees and costs incurred as a result of the client's unauthorized use of the Work under this Agreement, including the enforcement of this Agreement by Charlotte Smoosh.Disclaimer: All rights stand reserved to their respective owners.
